Terms and Conditions


I/We understand that the booking customers must be aged 18 or over.

I/We understand that the coaching sessions are only available to children aged between 3 and 11 years unless otherwise stated.

I/We understand that coaching sessions must be booked and paid for in advance and if a booking is cancelled it cannot be re-scheduled.

I/We understand that JUMP Netball Ltd standard conditions apply to participation in coaching sessions and I must check for a full list of venues, information and further terms and conditions applying to booking for and participating in coaching sessions.


JUMP Netball Ltd offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by JUMP Netball you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions which are explained below. Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child/ren on a class. For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY activity to those who book in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity. Before booking please ensure your child can attend the class and meets the conditions for such activity as listed on our website. All bookings and flexi-bookings are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mail to us) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Outside of this fourteen (14) day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable unless you have paid for flexi-bookings with us at the time of booking which allows you to change or cancel a booking via e-mail.


JUMP Netball may from time to time take photographs/film of any JUMP Netball session. The use of these is solely for promoting and publicising JUMP Netball activities through relevant literature, website, press and TV. I/We understand that if I/we do not wish for my child/ren to be photographed/filmed must make JUMP Netball aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the activity starts (where possible JUMP Netball will inform parents/guardians at the start of an activity when filming is planned). JUMP Netball will hold all personal data in accordance with its Data Protection Policy.

Personal Property

JUMP Netball cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a JUMP Netball activity. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children. No electronic tablets, mobile phones or recording devices are permitted to be used during attendance of the event. Please ask your child to pass any such items to a member of staff for safe keeping.​

Health & Safety

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. JUMP Netball coaches hold a current Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid issued by an appropriate body. I/ We understand that a JUMP Netball coach will administer first aid to my child/ren following an accident or in the event of an emergency seek medical / hospital assistance. For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for any JUMP Netball session. JUMP Netball reserves the right to refuse permission for any child/ren not wearing appropriate clothing and footwear to participate. Any participant wearing earrings will need to have these removed prior to attendance or for newly pierced ears they must be covered with appropriate tape or be fitted with a plastic retainer from a reputable jeweller. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the activity being undertaken and weather conditions

Medical information

Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed

(1) at the time of booking in writing to JUMP Netball

(2) to the Head coach on the session or at the venue.

Class Changes

In the event that JUMP Netball has to cancel a JUMP Netball session for any reason, a credit note for the full value of the booking fee paid will be issued to the person who booked or alternative provisions to stage the activity at another time will be arranged and confirmed to all. If you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time and confirm this to JUMP Netball prior to the date the rearranged activity is to be staged, we will issue a credit note to the full value of the booking fee paid.

Leaving a JUMP Netball Session

Any child/ren that is to be collected must be collected by a parent or guardian and such parent or guardian must sign the child/ren out of the activity with a member of JUMP Netball. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any session will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the activity.

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the Head coach at the session. He/she will deal with the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please write to our customer services team at jumpnetball@outlook.com within 7 days of child/ren’s attendance on the session. We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if JUMP Netball is proven to be in breach of its Terms & Conditions.


The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site. These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and JUMP Netball. By booking a class with JUMP Netball you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions. If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court, then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

Booking Fee

We put an additional fee on to every single booking at JUMP Netball, this is an admin fee and also a fee to cover the percentage we lose which is incurred by electronic payment methods.


JUMP Netball is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we’ll only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you requested from us from time to time, we would like to contact you about our products and services, as well as other content that may be of interest to you.

Data Collection

JUMP Netball may use a variety of techniques to record information, for example online and written forms, digital records, photographs, etc. I /We have read JUMP Netball’s Privacy Notice and Confidentiality Policy and understand that JUMP Netball have strict data protection procedures in place to ensure sensitive information is stored securely and not inappropriately shared.

I/We understand that I may request access to information held about my child/ren at any time and will only be given access to my own child/ren’s records. Any data relating to my child/ren will only be stored for as long as necessary or securely deleted once no longer required.
